Tonight we have three Major League Baseball All-Star selections. Our All-Star picks are those teams that our model has determined to have a 60 percent or better win probability. Superstar picks have better than a 70-percent win probability.
StatLogic Sports MLB All-Star Selections for Sept. 10
Minnesota Twins run line (-1.5) -120 vs. Los Angeles Angels at 7:40 p.m. EDT
Houston Astros run line (-1.5) +105 vs. Oakland Athletics at 8:10 p.m. EDT
Atlanta Braves -135 vs. Washington Nationals at 6:45 p.m. EDT
All of the teams we have tabbed still have a lot on the line to play for, while their opponents are playing out the string as we head toward October. The Twins have been struggling a bit, but held a team meeting behind closed doors and should come out ready to play tonight. The Astros are still looking to wrap up the American League East, holding a 4.5-game lead over Seattle, while the Braves are in must-win territory after having fallen behind the Mets in the race for the final National League wildcard spot.
